A Little Something for Everyone

They say the best things in life are free and we agree! The Feel Good Program’s mission is to make fitness accessible for all, and what better way to do it than at South Bank – one of Brisbane’s premier, free outdoor spaces.

We recommend bringing along a water bottle and towel, and a yoga mat (where required) to classes. Please visit our FAQs page to see the classes requiring a yoga mat.

Please note that all classes except Aqua are located at Flowstate. Aqua classes will take place at the Boat Pool in March and April only, there are no Aqua classes in May and June.
